A New Look

Now it's summer. I'm home playing full-time Mom and getting used to the feeling. I like it.

I am still having a hard time actually getting any writing done, but this is a good way to be. My house looks pretty nice. Our yard is spacious. The rear deck has a charcoal grill and a table that seats six, with a big offset umbrella for shade. The cicadas are hissing in the trees.

Soon it will be time to take a swimming lesson. I will watch and smile with approval. Maybe we'll go back to the pool later in the afternoon.

I should be writing right now, but I just spent an hour putting this new template on, and I'm having fun.
